Twelve single story and two story apartment buildings of three types consisting of a mix of four apartment types. Community building and laundry/shop building.
Special program requirement:
Total apartment units: 76.
Packaged terminal and split-system heat pumps.
Solar thermal domestic hot water heating for each building.
Services performed: Mechanical and plumbing engineering and drawings for City of Perris plan check and public works competitive bidding. Energy modeling and Title-24 energy compliance.
