 Program  requirement: Upgrade the existing HVAC system to provide 24/7 environmental  conditions of 60F and 50%RH for the Museum's  archive storage facility. The existing systems consisted of indoor Liebert R-22 split system  CRAC’s with outdoor rooftop condensers. The upgraded system includes indoor chilled water air handlers with SCR-controlled reheat coils, infrared humidifiers, and a  rooftop R-407C air cooled chiller. 
              Services  performed: Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering and drawings fro UCR review and construction.
