Twelve single story buildings of four types consisting of 4 to 6 apartments each. Community building and laundry/shop building.

Total apartment units: 80.
Packaged terminal and split-system heat pumps.
Solar thermal domestic hot water heating for each building.
Solar PV system for site.
Services performed: Mechanical and plumbing engineering and drawings for City of Palm Desert plan check and public works competitive bidding. Energy modeling and Title-24 energy compliance.
