Civic Center: Installation of variable frequency drives on three central air handling units supply and return fans. Removal of original inlet guide vanes.
Civic Center: Replacement of original T8 linear fluorescent uplight fixtures with T5HO lamped fixtures, in public spaces.
Senior Center: Replacement of original rooftop gas-electric packaged air conditioning units with new high efficiency units including demand control ventilation in units serving larger spaces.

Services performed: Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical plans for public works competitive bidding.

Mechanical Contractor: lowest responsible bidder.
