Replacement of rooftop gas-electric packaged A/C units with 4-pipe rooftop air handlers. Chilled water and heating hot water piping. Power and control wiring.
Phases 1, 2, 3 included replacement of water-cooled chiller, cooling tower, and chilled water pumps.
Services performed: HVAC and plumbing engineering and drawings for City of Palm Springs plan check and public works competitive bidding.
